Privacy Policy
We designed CCD Retro Camera to work like a dependable pocket camera: capture a photo, create its look, and save it with as little interruption as possible. This policy explains how the app handles information related to you.
Permissions We Use
- Camera: used for the live viewfinder, taking photos, switching between front and rear cameras, and previewing simulated camera looks.
- Photos: used to save finished photos to your system library and to show library images when you open the photo picker.
- Microphone: the current version does not record audio and does not request microphone access.
Photos and Camera Effects
Photo processing takes place on your device. This includes color rendering, film grain, instant-film paper, borders, date stamps, and other camera effects. We do not upload your photos to our servers or use them to train models.
Settings and Preferences
Your selected camera model and preferences, such as the date watermark and camera sounds, may be stored locally so the app can restore them the next time you open it.
Sharing
When you use the share feature, Apple's system share sheet handles the destination you choose. We do not learn who you share with and do not collect the shared content.
Third-Party Services
The current version does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or account sign-in. If this changes, we will explain the relevant service and data handling in an updated policy.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for general photography and entertainment and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Minors should use it with the guidance of a parent or guardian.
