The Service

The app provides a live viewfinder, photo capture, simulated camera models, retro image processing, instant-film paper, film borders, date watermarks, sample galleries, and local photo-library access.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you capture, save, and share. You are responsible for having the right to photograph and use the people, places, and objects involved, and for respecting privacy, publicity, and intellectual-property rights.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the app for unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass the app's normal operation or security restrictions, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use camera features only where photography is permitted.

Creative Simulations

Retro rendering, film borders, instant paper, grain, and date watermarks are creative simulations. They are not exact reproductions of any physical camera or film stock. Results vary with device hardware, lighting, orientation, and subject matter.

Local Documents and Sharing

The Privacy Policy and these Terms are displayed from documents bundled with the app. The share feature uses the system share sheet. The App Store link currently uses placeholder app ID 123456789 and may be updated when the final listing becomes available.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the app reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device, system version, or capture condition. Device permissions, storage, the system photo library, and third-party sharing destinations may be outside our control.
