DarkPlayer Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of DarkPlayer, a local-first audio and video player for importing, organizing, and playing media on iOS.
Your media
You are responsible for the audio, video, artwork, and metadata you import into DarkPlayer. Use the app only with content you own, created, or have permission to use.
Local playback features
DarkPlayer provides local import, playlist management, equalizer playback, sleep timer, WiFi Transfer, Google Drive import, and background media controls for personal use.
Third-party services
If you use Google Drive import, Google's own terms and privacy policy also apply. DarkPlayer is not responsible for third-party service availability or account issues.
Acceptable use
- Do not use DarkPlayer to infringe copyright or other rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the app, WiFi Transfer page, or related services.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable laws.
Changes
These terms may be updated as DarkPlayer changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
